Emsworth U3A Science Engineering & Technology (S.E.T)
The Science Engineering & Technology group meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 09:30 for a 10:00 Start. Members may buy tea/coffee/etc at the kitchen in the community centre while we socialise during this first half hour.
We meet in the Emsworth Community Centre, room Mountford 3. There is a small charge to cover the expenses of hiring the hall.
There is a wide variation in level of difficulty, and ranges over the interests and knowledge of the group members. This makes for an interesting opportunity for discussion. Members are encouraged to either make a presentation on an item of interest , or to suggest topics for discussion that all members will explore and bring to the meeting.
The group is currently hoping to expand. Please email SET - Group Leader (Gail Wynne Jones) if you would like to join this group or would like more information
