Each month the story of an individual opera is told, illustrated with a highlights disc of the music, lasting about an hour.
Recent examples include Tchaikovsky's Eugene Onegin based on the Russian classic, Rossini's frivolous The Italian Girl in Algiers and Verdi's serious look at Spanish history in Don Carlo.
