Following our original email sent earlier in the year where many members registered their interest, please find details of our forthcoming trip that has now been confirmed with the office of Havant MP Alan Mak..

• Trip Date:  Monday 14^th September 2026
• Coach: the coach will depart at 8am prompt from the Langstone Hotel, Northney– members will be able to park for free there all day in a designated area (people onsite from 07:30am to oversee). The coach returns back at around 5:30/6pm.
• The tours are free of charge (sponsored by Alan as MP) but the coach cost is £27.50 per seat.
• We have been offered a maximum of 41 seats.

The day consists of:

• Return coach journey to/from parliament.
• An organised tour of parliament (with professional tour guides) for around 1 hour 10 minutes.
• A Q&A with Alan Mak after the tours.
• Time for lunch / gift shop / soak up the sights in the public spaces.
